Case Story - Our Customer was More than Pleased
We were called to offer office carpet cleaning. This was a big law firm and a new client. In other words, we had to be discreet and quick. Not that we are not always professional with all clients, but first impressions play a great role. Whether new or old, the client comes first and every one of them is important to us. We choose to be courteous and friendly when we deal with our customers because we want them to feel nice and comfortable with us, too.
When we arrived at the company, we found Mr. Smith. He was the one responsible to see that we will carry out our job in time before clients will start barging in. Having in mind that this was a new client and whether we will continue to offer our services to this company or not was depending on the quality of our work made us a bit nervous at first. Then we forgot all about it. We have experience in working for big clients with huge spaces and this didn't intimidate us. The carpets didn't seem very dirty but we knew that with so many people coming and going our carpet cleaning would be important and make a difference, especially to the people working in the firm.
We arranged how we would work and then started cleaning
We also had to clean the bathroom tiles and thankfully we have excellent tile cleaning professionals in our team. Mr. Smith didn't stay there observing our work but told us to notify him before leaving. We knew down in our hearts that this was a testing service and we would need his final approval before we could say that we had gained one more client. When we were done, Mr. Smith took a good look of all areas and said that he was extremely pleased with our work. He also said that the firm had worked with other companies for stain removal and carpet services and no one was as good as we were.
We were really glad to hear these things and also appreciated that Mr. Smith was so honest about it. He also mentioned that he was happy that the firm will work with such reliable and committed professionals and that some of the employees noticed the refreshed environment. We never expect compliments for our work. It is our job to provide carpet and tile cleaning services, but it's always nice to hear of how satisfied clients are, especially when customers run such big firms and have worked with competition in the past.
